How long does it take to get matched?
Most patients hear back within 3–24 hours. This gives the dentist time to personally review your profile, budget, and needs. More complex cases may take up to 48 hours.
Will I always get matched with a dentist?
- there isn’t yet a dentist in your area who fits your needs
- your case requires a level of specialty care not currently available locally, or
- there’s a gap between the care needed and the budget shared.
Rather than setting you up for a frustrating appointment, we’ll let you know and notify you if a dentist who fits your criteria becomes available.

While our dentists certainly handle cleanings, this platform is specifically for those who need a partner to navigate anxiety, complex treatment plans, or specific budget goals. If you have a “Real Story” to share, you’re in the right place. However, if you have no dental concerns and are strictly looking for a basic, routine cleaning with no other needs, booking directly with a local provider or your insurance list is usually the fastest path.
Why can’t I just choose a dentist from a list?
Because lists are part of the problem. They force you to do the “detective work” of calling, checking prices, and guessing fit. We keep our network private so dentists can review your situation first. That way, when you see a name, it’s not just a listing—it’s a dentist who has already reviewed your profile and chosen to help.
And if it’s not the right fit? No penalty. We simply match you again.
