When a dentist reviews your profile, they can see your answers and story—not your name, phone number, or email address. Avoid including identifying details in your written story.

You can read their message and view their profile before deciding whether to connect. Only when you select “Accept” is your contact information shared so the practice can reach out about scheduling.

Accepting doesn’t book an appointment or commit you to treatment.

Because a name and a star rating don’t tell you whether a dentist is right for your situation. Instead of handing you dozens of profiles to guess from, we match you with a dentist based on what you shared, and that dentist responds personally before you commit to anything.
