Most matches arrive in 24 hours. We give dentists time to read your full story—simple cases often land same-day, complex ones up to 48 hours.

Not always — and that’s intentional. We only match you with a dentist who is confident they can genuinely help with your specific situation and needs.
If a match isn’t available right away, it’s usually because:
- there isn’t yet a dentist in your area who fits your needs,
- your case requires a level of specialty care not currently available locally.
Rather than connecting you to a dentist who isn’t the right fit, we’ll let you know and notify you when someone who matches your needs becomes available.
