You Have a Match
A dentist has seen your budget, read about your concerns, and chosen to work with you. Now it’s your turn to decide if you’re ready to book.
HERE'S WHAT
HAPPENS NEXT
Once you’ve viewed your matched dentist’s profile, you have 72 hours to decide:
✅ Accept this match: You’re comfortable with this dentist and ready to schedule an appointment within 30 days.
⏱️ Request New Match: This one isn’t the right fit.
⚠️ Why the 30-Day Policy Exists
When a dentist accepts a match, they reserve appointment time and resources specifically for MatchMyDentist patients—even when their schedules are full. If a match isn’t scheduled within 30 days, that reserved time goes unused. To keep our partnerships strong and ensure availability for patients who need care now, we ask that only serious patients accept a match.
ONCE YOU ACCEPT
The dentist will receive your contact information and reach out to schedule your appointment.
Want to get started faster? You can also call their office directly:
“Hi, I was matched with your office through MatchMyDentist and I’d like to schedule my appointment.”
What to Expect at Your First Visit
- They already know everything : your budget, your concerns, your schedule, what you’re hoping to accomplish.
- You walk in and skip straight to solutions: the exam confirms what you need, then you work together on the best path forward within your budget.
- You leave with a clear plan: what needs to happen, what it costs, and when you can start.
