Patient Overview

A 55–64 year old patient who hasn't seen a dentist in over 5 years and is finally ready to act. They likely need significant work — fillings, a crown, an implant, and orthodontics. Anxiety is the main barrier; drilling sounds and loss of control are real fears. They want zero judgment, no pressure, and are happy to follow the dentist's lead. Open to sedation, fully flexible on schedule.

55–64, hasn't seen a dentist in 5+ years. Needs fillings, crown, implant & orthodontics. Anxious — wants zero judgment...

"I know I've waited too long. I'm finally ready — I just need a dentist who won't make me feel ashamed for it."

What dentists are saying.

Frequently asked questions.

How much does this cost?

The platform fee is a flat $350 — charged once per mutual match, only when both you and a patient have independently chosen to connect.

This fee covers the heavy lifting: the national advertising, patient vetting, identity verification, and the delivery of a full clinical profile. We handle the discovery; you handle the dentistry.

One Flat Rate: The fee is the same for every match. It is a fixed access fee for the platform’s matching technology and is never based on the type of treatment or the value of the case.

Do you accept HMO or Medicaid insurance?

No. MatchMyDentist is designed for PPO and private-pay patients only. We do not support Medicaid or HMO plans at this time.

How many matches can i expect?

To start, each dentist receives up to 5 matched profiles per month. That limit is intentional — it gives you time to evaluate the platform and assess match quality without being overwhelmed.

Allocation is not permanent. As we see how cases progress — whether patients accept matches, show up, and move forward with treatment — we expand capacity for dentists whose results show consistent mutual fit. Dentists who engage thoughtfully and communicate clearly tend to see the fastest growth in their match volume.

How many dentists receive the same patient profile?

Zero. We match each patient with a single dentist at a time.

What happens if a confirmed patient cancels or doesn’t show?

The fee is not refundable after a confirmed match — and that’s intentional.

The fee compensates for the platform’s work: national patient acquisition, identity verification, clinical profile delivery, and the exclusive match itself. That work is complete the moment both parties confirm. What happens at the appointment is between you and the patient — as it would be with any new patient.

What we do offer: if a confirmed patient is clearly fraudulent or used false information, contact us. We investigate every report and will credit your account when the platform failed — not when the patient changed their mind.

What happens when i decline a match?

Declining is one click. No explanation required. The patient is notified that it wasn’t a match and returned to the pool — they never see your name or practice.
