Once you’ve viewed your matched dentist’s profile, you have 72 hours to decide. If you don’t respond within 72 hours, the match expires and you’ll need to submit a new request.

YOU STAY ANONYMOUS UNTIL YOU ACCEPT
Your matched dentist can see your needs, budget, and concerns — but not your name or contact details yet. If you call the office now, they won’t know who you are. Once you accept the match, your details are shared and the dentist can reach out to schedule.
ONCE YOU ACCEPT
The dentist will receive your contact information and now knows who you are. They’ll reach out to schedule your visit. Prefer to call instead? You can say:
“Hi, I was matched with your office through MatchMyDentist and I’d like to schedule my appointment.”
