Employers
Your company already pays for dental. Most employees still do not use it.
Most of your employees won’t tell you this — but the reason they avoid the dentist isn’t laziness. It’s fear, cost, or simply not knowing who to trust.A provider list does not solve that.
What employees get
We remove the barriers to using dental benefits.
We built MatchMyDentist to solve that quietly. Employees do not search a list or call a dental office.
They privately share what matters — needs, worries, budget. No name attached.
One participating dentist reads the story. If they are confident they can help, they send a personal message explaining how.
The employee accepts, or asks for another. Contact information is shared only after they say yes.
They walk into the appointment already understood — and use their existing PPO exactly as they normally would.
Your role is simple.
You own the client relationship. MatchMyDentist runs the program. HR displays shipped materials and sends one employee email.
You introduce.
Bring one client a free way to get more value from benefits they already provide. Anytime during the year — not only at renewal.
We operate.
We ship the poster, countertop display, and take-away cards. We write the employee email. We run the matching. About 30 minutes of HR time to launch.
You present the report.
At Day 90, you return with a Utilization Impact Report your client can put in front of leadership.
No enrollment. No system integration. No ongoing HR management. Employers and employees never pay.
Built for existing PPO dental plans
MatchMyDentist is not insurance, not a discount plan, and not a replacement benefit. We do not process claims, collect premiums, or underwrite risk. We do not affect your commission or your employee relationship.
Employees with PPO coverage are matched with participating dentists who accept their existing plan.
PPO plans only. HMO, Medicare, and Medicaid plans are not currently supported.
Employees without dental coverage can still use MatchMyDentist and see private-pay options.
Help your employees get more value from the dental benefits you already offer.
You don’t need to commit to a partnership. Let’s start with a conversation.
