MatchMyDentist is a free platform that connects you with dentists who align with your specific needs, preferences, and goals. You fill out a short questionnaire — we handle the rest.
Yes. Always. Dentists pay a fee when they accept a match. You never pay to use our platform.

Because quality beats quantity. Instead of giving you 10 random names to research, call, and vet yourself, we give you ONE dentist who has already:

  • Read your full story
  • Confirmed they can help with your specific situation
  • Chosen to work with YOU
 

You’re not locked in—if not satisfied with the match, you can decline and opt for another matched dentist. But most patients find that one thoughtful match beats hours of calling offices and guessing.

You can — and get 87 names, star ratings, and a summary of the same services typically offered.

But none of them know:

• That you’re terrified of needles
• That you are working with a budget
• That your last dentist made you cry
• That you need evening hours because of work

Google doesn’t know. Insurance filters don’t ask.

🔒 Your Privacy & Control

Your profile is completely anonymous. No name, phone, or contact details.

Here’s the process:

  • You share your story anonymously – a dentist sees your needs but has no way to contact you
  • Dentist decides if they want to help – they send you a message through our platform
  • You review their response – read their message, see their profile, check their approach
  • Only if you Accept them as a match do we share your contact information
Your data is encrypted, private, and only shared anonymously with dentists until both sides confirm the match.

You can decline your match at any time. We’ll offer one additional match based on your preferences. If needed, we’ll review your case to determine if further matching is the best path forward.

Most matches happen within 24 hours.
We prioritize fit over speed—your dentist needs time to thoughtfully review your story and get back to you.

🦷 Dentist Quality

Every dentist:

  • Holds an active, valid license
  • Passes our quality review
  • Is re-vetted annually
Yes. Just mention it in your story. We’ll match you with a dentist known for transparent, conservative care.

MatchMyDententist is a matching platform, not a dental provider—so treatment, fees, and clinical decisions are always between you and your dentist.

That said:

We take feedback seriously. If your experience doesn’t reflect what was promised in their match message, tell us.

We review every complaint and may remove dentists who repeatedly fail to meet the standards they committed to.
