Accept the match

You’re comfortable with the dentist and want to move forward.

Accepting within 72 hours does not mean you have to see the dentist within 72 hours. Once accepted, your contact details are shared and you schedule your visit for a time that works for you — next week, next month. Your call.

Request a different match

If the dentist isn’t a fit, we’ll look again — no awkward conversations, no explanations required. But only request another if it’s a genuine mismatch. A dentist spent real time choosing you.

If 72 hours feels too soon, this isn’t for you. A dentist chose you and is waiting on one answer. We keep our best dentists available for people who are actually ready.
