Accepting within 72 hours does not mean you have to see the dentist within 72 hours. Once accepted, your contact details are shared and you schedule your visit for a time that works for you — next week, next month. Your call.
If the dentist isn’t a fit, we’ll try another match — no awkward conversations, no explanations required. But only request another if it’s a genuine mismatch. A dentist spent real time choosing you.

No dentist can pay to be matched with you, ranked above others, or shown to you first. The match is based entirely on mutual fit (your concerns, needs and preferences).
