I HATE the dentist. I have avoided going for eleven years and I am not exaggerating. I finally filled out the form one night sitting in my car and just told them everything. My concerns, anxiety, how long it had been. The dentist already knew all of it before I walked in. No lecture. She just said let’s see where we are. I actually cried on the way home and I never cry. I have another appointment scheduled.

Just moved here for a new job and wanted to fix up a couple of front teeth that had been bothering me. I hate calling offices and dealing with the back-and-forth. I tried matchmydentists and got matched the same day. Office was professional, modern, the denitst explained everything clearly. Exactly what I was looking for. Sometimes it really is that simple.

I have walked out of waiting rooms before they even called my name. I have full blown anxiety. The dentist came out to the waiting room himself and said You Got This. Three words and I was fine. Got everything done. I never thought I would say that about a dentist.

I kept downplaying my situation on the form because I was embarrassed. Finally just put the truth. Dentist said it was workable. I got home from the appointment and realized the money conversation I had been dreading for literally years just never happened. That was new for me.

I am 71 years old and have had many dentists. Not one of them knew a single thing about me before I sat in the chair. This one did. Appointment was excellent. Very thorough. Already have my next one booked :-)

I knew what I wanted. A completely new smile. Veneers, the whole thing. This wasn’t a small decision — I had been thinking about it for two years and I was ready to make the investment to do it right. The problem is everyone has an opinion online and half the reviews are useless and the other half sound fake. I didn’t want the cheapest option. I wanted the right person. I put all of that on the form — what I wanted done, what I was willing to invest, that I was serious and ready to move forward. The dentist who reached out had done a lot of cosmetic work and it showed in how she communicated. She wasn’t trying to sell me. She just knew what she was talking about. I went in, we talked through everything, I felt like I was in the right hands immediately. That feeling is hard to find. This is a significant investment and I needed to trust someone completely before I started. I do. We start next month.

I’ve been putting off implants for three years and not because of money. I just couldn’t find someone I trusted enough to start the process. I put that specifically on the form. The dentist who reached out had done a lot of implant work and just laid it all out clearly in her message. No pressure. I went in, we did the consult, I felt confident. Starting the process next week. That trust piece was everything for me.

I did this for my husband not for me lol. He hadn’t been in years and refused to call anywhere. I filled the whole thing out for him. He read the message from the dentist and asked me ‘did you mention the needles thing.’ I had. He went. He came home and said it was fine. Follow up is already scheduled. Worth it.
Good experience overall. Dentist already knew my insurance situation which helped a lot. Only thing was parking at the office was a little tricky but nothing major. Would recommend.

Hadn’t been in 8 years. I know. The dentist’s first words were let’s see where we are — not where I went wrong, just where we are. Had some work done on the spot, follow up already scheduled. I finally feel like I have a dentist again and I haven’t felt that way in a long time.

I have referred two people already. From the form to the appointment everything was straightforward. Dentist knew my history before I sat down and didn’t waste any time. Clean office, friendly staff, no upselling. Exactly what I needed.

Honest review— exam came back higher than I was hoping. That was hard. But she already knew cost was a concern going in, so there was no big uncomfortable moment. She just said okay let’s figure out what we prioritize. We are still working through it in phases. The process itself has been really smooth though.

When I walked in the assistant said we already have your background, we’re just taking a look today. I had prepared this whole speech to explain my situation from scratch. Didn’t need it. Left with a treatment plan and a follow up already booked. Best organized dental visit I’ve ever had.

Retired and on a fixed income. Dentist was 20 min away and worked with my situation no problem. Didn’t make it a whole thing. Will be going back.

Getting married in 4 months and finally got serious about my smile. I was very specific on the form — timeline, do not oversell me, I have a date. First thing the dentist mentioned in her message was the wedding. She remembered it from what I wrote. She didn’t have to do that. Everything got done on time. So happy I found her when I did!!
Needed a second opinion on one part of my treatment plan — expensive part. Put that right on the form. The dentist I got was honest, walked me through her thinking, wasn’t trying to poach me as a patient. Turns out my original dentist was right. But now I know that. Peace of mind was worth it.
my daughter helped me fill out the form. the dentist already knew i couldn’t do everything at once and was patient about it. she was very patient and gentle. very happy i did this
I almost didn’t finish the questions because I figured my phone would blow up with calls for days after. That’s how every other thing online works. One message. One dentist. She had actually read what I wrote. Least stressful dental visit of my life and I’ve been going to dentists for 40 years.
Single mom so I come last always. Evenings only, hadn’t been in a while, please no guilt — I wrote it all down in my message. Got matched with someone whose office could accommodate my schedule. No guilt at the appointment either. Just got it done.
No dentist in my area yet. They told me straight up which I appreciated. On the waitlist. Hopefully soon.
I have some history with dental offices I’d rather not get into. The part where I get to send the dentist a message let me share what I needed to without having to explain it out loud to someone. The appointment was quiet and calm. I went back. That’s saying something for me.
My mom is 78 and stopped going to the dentist after my dad passed because he used to drive her. She wouldn’t ask anyone for help. I completed the application for her without even telling her. Showed her the message when it came. She read it twice and said she sounds nice. Her appointment was last week. She called me after and said the woman was gentle. That’s all she said. That’s everything.
